Navkits is owned by LSY and is only available for users which have received a personal login from the customer support department at LSY. On successful login to navkits, your Login ID, IP-address and login time are recorded. Navkits is accessed through a standard internet browser. You are responsible for the updates and operability of the browser. Usage is at your own risk. In no event shall RSG be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, those resulting from: (1) reliance on the tools presented, (2) costs of replacement goods or services, (3) loss of use, data or profits, (4) delays or business interruptions, (5) and any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information whether or not RSG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
